SmartLipo™

While traditional liposuction can be quite invasive, SmartLipo™ Laser Body Sculpting is a revolutionary procedure that is less invasive. SmartLipo™ eliminates fat cells while improving body shape, resulting in tighter skin tissue. It is effective in areas that are harder to reach with traditional liposuction, such as the waist, arms, legs, neck area, and the back.

SmartLipo™ is commonly performed at an outpatient clinic and the entire procedure and wait time only takes about two to three hours. Patients wear a wrap for about a week afterward for physical support and improved recovery time. Many patients resume normal activities within a week of the procedure.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is one of the lesser-known but highly-effective facial exfoliation procedures. During this treatment, the aesthetician removes the top-most layer of dead skin along with fine, vellus hair (also known as peach fuzz). Dermaplaning is beneficial for those with a dry or rough skin texture and helps to minimize superficial acne scarring. Those with more mature skin can benefit from this treatment as well, as it increases the cellular regeneration process to allow products to better penetrate into the skin. Afterward, your skin will have a smoother look and feel.

Dermaplaning can be performed monthly, and the treatment takes about an hour. There is no downtime after the treatment, and an enzyme peel or chemical peel can be applied afterward if your skin has been prepped for those treatments.

We perform a variety of facial cosmetic procedures at our outpatient surgical facility. Some of our more common facial cosmetic surgeries are fat transfers, ear surgeries, and face implants. Fat transfer adds volume to facial features to enhance contours. This procedure is an excellent option for aging clients or those who have experienced significant weight loss. Lastly, the purpose of facial implants such as chin and cheek implants is to improve the shape of the face. They can create a more harmonious balance for facial features. There are very few risks to the patient for these surgeries, and the recovery time for each is typically less than a week.

BOTOX®

While you may think you know about BOTOX®, the truth is, its applications are endless. The primary purpose of Botox® is to eliminate or reduce facial wrinkles. For this quick treatment, Botox® is injected into the muscles. It slowly starts to block the impulses from the nerve to the facial muscles. Any pull from the facial muscles relaxes, and the skin flattens. The most common areas for Botox® to be applied are the frown lines between the eyebrows and crow’s feet on the outside of the eyes, but it can also be used in the neck, around the mouth, on horizontal forehead lines, “bunny” lines, and more. This procedure takes less than 10 minutes, and you can resume your normal routine immediately after. On average, patients can go between three to four months between Botox® treatments.
