Meet Dr. Lambert, MD
Nathan G. Lambert, MD is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who cares for a diverse group of patients with a variety of ocular conditions. Dr. Lambert specializes in cataract surgery, including astigmatism and presbyopia-correcting intraocular lenses, and laser-assisted cataract surgery. He is trained to care for many ocular disorders including macular degeneration, diabetes, retinal diseases, glaucoma, dry eyes, trauma, infections, and refractive error.
Dr. Lambert received his Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University. He attended medical school at the University of Utah, where he was selected as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. After his combined surgical/medical internship at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT, he completed his ophthalmology residency training at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Lambert has researched and published papers in the fields of macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataract surgery, presbyopia-correcting intraocular lens technologies, pediatric ophthalmology, ocular oncology, uveitis, and corneal transplantation. He has a passion for medical outreach and has been involved with local and international ophthalmology service ventures.
Dr. Lambert is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, and American Medical Association.
On a Personal Note
Dr. Lambert was born and raised in Logan, UT. He enjoys golf, musical theatre, and spending time with his wife and children.
