Meet Dr. Engen
Todd B. Engen, MD is one of Utah’s leading authorities on reconstructive and facial cosmetic surgery. As an expert in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Engen brings a unique depth of expertise to the field of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Engen’s training in the most advanced micro-surgical techniques allows him to perform cosmetic and reconstructive procedures with the highest attention to detail. His professionalism and genuine concern for patients make Dr. Engen’s office an inviting, comfortable place for patients to visit.
Dr. Engen has performed thousands of operations ranging from non-invasive microdermabrasion to rhinoplasties and facelifts. “People leave the Excel Cosmetic Surgery Center feeling better about themselves. I love being part of these positive changes,” says Dr. Engen.
Dr. Engen graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine and interned at the LDS Hospital in Utah. He later filled an ophthalmology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Arizona.
Prior to joining Excel in July 1998, Dr. Engen expanded his facial cosmetic surgery skills through an accredited cosmetic plastic surgery fellowship at the Anderson Plastic Surgery Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Engen has presented his specialized surgical work across the country at educational symposiums and medical lectures. He is board certified and a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
