Dr. Engen graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine and interned at the LDS Hospital in Utah. He later filled an ophthalmology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Arizona.
