What is the award process?

Utah Valley Magazine uses an extensive, multi-step nomination process to determine who will receive the yearly awards. First, businesses and individuals are nominated for various categories. Next, a panel of judges composed of community leaders and experts evaluates each nominee based on their contributions to the quality of life in Utah Valley, overall excellence in their respective fields, and innovative approaches to business. Afterward, the winners are chosen as the Best of Utah Valley.

The Daily Herald chooses winners for their Best Of Awards, which are determined by staff and reader votes. Excel Eye Center considers it an honor to be recognized as a leading healthcare provider in our beautiful valley and is thankful for the trust of our community.
