With the Excel Eye Center Friend to Friend Referral Program, you will receive $50 for every referral who has LASIK surgery at Excel. All it takes is opening your mouth and sharing the good news.

It couldn’t be easier. Just fill out the following form and send it to the office and surgeon of your choice. Excel's refractive coordinator will contact your friend and if they schedule LASIK you will receive a $50 check to spend any way you like.
