CHILDREN ARE A HIGH PRIORITY AT EXCEL. Dr. Michael S. Abrams, M.D., is the only fellowship trained pediatric specialist in Utah County. His extensive experience at the Children's Hospital of Michigan and subsequent training enables him to quickly and accurately diagnose vision impairments in young children. His cheerful personality helps children be comfortable and relaxed throughout the examinations and surgical procedures. Our offices and staff are all child-friendly.
