This program provides substantial LASIK discounts to employees of partner companies.

Custom Intralase LASIK $1800 per eye  (savings of $400/eye)

Advanced Surface Ablation: $1550 per eye (savings of $300/eye)

Visian ICL: Phakic IOL $2500 per eye     (savings of $400/eye)

Includes all pre and post operative care with surgeon, W Scott Lohner MD. Use of IntraLase FS Laser and VISX Star S4 IR Excimer Laser. Cannot be combined with other insurance discounts or advertised promotions.
